Participants must solve challenges using their own skills and knowledge without seeking unauthorized assistance.
Teams are not allowed. You must compete under your own account and efforts.
Do not attack systems, infrastructure, or services that are not explicitly part of the CTF challenges.
Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, automated scanning tools (unless required by the challenge), or any actions that degrade platform performance are strictly prohibited.
Ensure your flags follow the standard format, e.g., YE{...}, before submitting.
Keep your methodologies and flags to yourself until the competition officially concludes.
Use standard cybersecurity tools. Malicious automated attack tools that disrupt the platform are forbidden.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the event.
We actively monitor for cheating and violations. Breaking the rules will result in an immediate ban.
In the event of disputes or unclear situations, the ruling made by the Youth Empowerment CTF organizers is final.
Multiple incorrect attempts may lead to penalties, account suspension, or limited submissions.
